2. Products and Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, please note the following:
Silicone Beads and Accessories: These items are small and may pose a choking hazard. They are not intended for children under 3 years of age or any individual who may put small objects in their mouth. Purchaser assumes full responsibility for safe use and storage.
Handmade Tumblers: Our tumblers are handcrafted works of art and may contain minor imperfections (e.g., slight variations in design, small bubbles, or irregularities). These are inherent to the handmade process and do not constitute defects.
Digital Files: These are downloadable products (e.g., patterns, designs) provided in digital format. Once purchased, digital files are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their nature.
Apparel: Our apparel is produced and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand service. We do not manufacture or process these items in-house. Variations in color, sizing, or print placement may occur due to the production process.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via credit card, PayPal, and any other third party payment processing service. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4. Shipping and Delivery

For apparel and other print-on-demand items, shipping is handled by our third-party provider. Delays may occur due to their processes, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Digital files will be available for download immediately upon purchase confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary software to access and use these files.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
All Products: Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience any issues with your order, please email us at leighann@simpleighyours.com with details of the problem, including photos if applicable. We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Shipping Damage: We are not responsible for refunding products due to damages occurring during shipping. All shipping is insured up to $100, and claims for damaged items must be filed directly through the shipping carrier. We will assist you in initiating a shipping claim if needed, but the resolution is subject to the carrier’s policies.
6. Safety Warning
Choking Hazard: Silicone beads and accessories sold on this Site are small objects that present a choking hazard. They are not toys and should be kept out of reach of children under 3 years of age or anyone prone to placing objects in their mouth. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge this risk and agree to use and store them responsibly.

We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the misuse of our products, including failure to heed the choking hazard warning.
Handmade tumblers are sold as-is, and we are not responsible for imperfections inherent to the artisanal process.
For apparel, liability for production defects rests with the third-party provider, and we will assist in facilitating resolutions to the best of our ability.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
